Meet Percy—the fish-loving local from the sunny shores of Yamba in New South Wales. Always on the lookout for his next slippery snack, Percy is a true character, and this playful watercolour captures his charm (and appetite!) perfectly.

Inspired by a real-life encounter and painted from my own reference photos, Percy the Pelican is a one-off original artwork brought to life with rich watercolours and a breezy, expressive style. He’s big, bold, and a little bit bossy—just like every pelican should be.
